Agartala: April 17: In a spirited election rally at Swami Vivekananda Maidan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted the Congress and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) in Tripura. His passionate speech highlighted the state’s progress over the past decade and promised continued development in the coming years.

Prime Minister Modi expressed his emotional connection with the enthusiastic crowd. He emphasized that Tripura is moving forward with determination and will not look back. Modi acknowledged the overwhelming response from the people of Tripura. He noted that each visit to the state sees more enthusiasm than before, breaking previous records.

On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, Modi visited the land of Maa Kamakhya and paid homage to Maa Tripura Sundari. He connected this moment to the recent installation of Lord Sri Ram’s idol in Ayodhya, symbolizing a 500-year wait finally fulfilled. The crowd’s energy, from the airport to the Swami Vivekananda Maidan, reflects the mood of Tripura and the nation. Modi asserted that this collective spirit will thwart any attempts by “cheaters.”

Modi highlighted the North East’s pivotal role in India’s 21st-century development. He criticized the Congress for neglecting the region’s potential and accused the Communists of harming the people of Tripura.

As the election season unfolds, the promises made by political leaders will be closely scrutinized by voters across the country.
