Agartala: June 15: The Pradesh Congress has submitted a deputation to the State Election Commissioner, urging for the Tristar Panchayat elections to be held in a transparent and impartial manner. Key party figures, including Vice-President Madan Saha and General Secretary Bachit Chowdhury, raised concerns over improper delimitation and irregularities in the draft list. They also demanded provisions for Congress candidates to file nominations unimpeded, proposing online submission as a solution.
