Police constable’s dead body recover

Agartala: Feb 20: A female police constable at the Purba Agartala Women’s Police Station, identified as Suniti Sarkar, has died under mysterious circumstances. Suniti Sarkar was a resident of ONGC Netaji Nagar area under Amtali police station.

Reports indicate that Suniti Sarkar had a bank loan, which she used to build a house. Her husband, Debdulal Sarkar, who works as a home guard in the secretariat, expressed concern that his wife may have committed suicide due to fear of being arrested. He mentioned that Suniti was worried about her own arrest and had informed him that a case had been filed against her.

 

The police have initiated an investigation into the incident, although the exact cause of death has not yet been determined.
