ON IDY-2023 124 BN CRPF CONDUCTED MEGA YOGA CLASS.         

Under the Aegis and initiative of Shri. Mukesh Tyagi, Commandant of 124
BN, CRPF a mega Yoga class cum demonstration of Pranayam as a part of Common Yoga Protocol under International Day of Yoga -2023 was conducted in Oxyqen Park today on 03/06/2023 at 0600 hours onwards. On this motivational event a large number of battalion officials and Jawans have been found in the programme who took active part with enthusiasm. The commandant of the battalion Mukesh Taygi provided inspiring tips to the soldier participants and made them aware over the immense importance and significance of Yoga in moulding physical fitness specially for a active Jawan. The Yoga Session was taken by Shree and Srimati Ranbir Sinha the senior faculty of Art of living. Agartala. Sources said that all the officers and men of the 124 BN, CRPF Salbagan attended the Yoga session, and 124 BN is observing the Yoga session under the celebration of IDY-2023 since 27/05/2023 on daily basis and it will conclude with Mega Yoga Day Celebration on 21/06/2023 in Oxygen Park, Salbagan, Agartala. On this occasion Shri. Mukesh Tyagi, Commandant-124 BN, CRPF has created awareness amidst the battalion Jawans over the goal of this International Day of Yoga and emphasized over the importance and values of Yoga and its benefits to the personnel of the unit.
