Agartala June 30: No work is done under any circumstances through violence. Always follow the path of non-violence and truth. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this while unveiling the memorial statue of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi at Jogendranagar Renters Society on Friday. While discussing, the Chief Minister highlighted various issues. The topic of the new national education policy also came up in the discussion.

Dr. Manik Saha said, no work is done through violence. Always follow the path of non-violence and truth. The current government is also trying to work in that direction. The Chief Minister said that the government always wants a social development in all places. He said that the current state government is carrying that trend of development. Mahatma Research Foundation decided to install the statue of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in Agartala Jogendranagar Renters Society. Similarly, this statue was unveiled in a ceremony on Friday. Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Assembly Deputy Speaker Ram Prasad Pal Agartala Pur Nigam Mayor Deepak Majumder, Tripura High Court Advocate General, President of the organization and others were also present on the day. On this occasion, a check was handed over to Dr. Manik Saha for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on behalf of the organization. The presence of common people in the area was noticeable on this day.
