Agartala March 4: Chief Minister in-charge Dr. Manik Saha held a meeting with senior officials of Khowai and Sepahijala districts on Saturday to maintain law and order and peace in the post-election situation. He held a meeting at Khowai Dak Bungalow around 4:30 pm that day.

He was accompanied by BJP Tripura Pradesh President Rajiv Bhattacharjee, State Director General of Police Amitabh Ranjan and State Chief Secretary JK Sinha. Khowai District District Magistrate DK Chakma, Khoai District Superintendent of Police Rathiranjan Debnath was present at the same time. At the end of the meeting, while expressing his opinion on the overall situation of the state, Doctor Manik Saha warned against the language used by supporters of violent activists associated with terrorist activities.

He fired at the opposition political parties. He said the opposition parties were spreading rumors and spreading inflammatory messages. At the same time, some self-interested groups are trying to disturb the peaceful environment. No one associated with such terrorist activities will be spared. So far around 200 miscreants have been arrested in different parts of the state. Those who are posting on social media to spread various kinds of propaganda are being identified through sophisticated technology. Dr. Manik Saha, BJP’s Tripura Pradesh President Rajiv Bhattacharjee, State Director General of Police Amitabh Ranjan and State Chief Secretary JK Sinha after the meeting went straight to the airport ground. From there they left for Sepahijala by helicopter. He came to Sepahijala and finished the meeting. And the Chief Minister instructed the District Superintendent of Police on how to quickly control the formation of maximum terror in this district.
