Kolkata, Nov 2: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) West Bengal Youth Morcha organized a grand event under the ‘Namo Yuva Warriors’ Campaign, aimed at mobilizing young voters and strengthening organizational outreach among the youth.
Addressing the gathering, Rajya Sabha MP and West Bengal BJP President Shamik Bhattacharya highlighted the transformative development initiatives in Tripura under the BJP government and showered praise on former Chief Minister and present Lok Sabha MP Biplab Kumar Deb for his dynamic leadership and contribution to the state’s progress.
Bhattacharya lauded Biplab Deb’s efforts in bringing infrastructural growth, employment-oriented reforms, and social welfare schemes to Tripura, stating that his vision of “New Tripura” reflected the Prime Minister’s larger vision of ‘New India’. He emphasized that the changes witnessed in Tripura over the past few years have become a model of effective governance and youth-driven progress in the Northeast.
The campaign, part of the BJP’s nationwide youth outreach program, witnessed enthusiastic participation from young party workers, students, and first-time voters, who pledged to strengthen the party’s mission ahead of upcoming elections.
Bhattacharya urged the youth to draw inspiration from leaders like Biplab Deb, who rose through grassroots activism and dedicated himself to public service with integrity and determination. “The youth are the foundation of our democracy, and through the Namo Yuva Warriors campaign, we aim to empower them to lead India’s next phase of transformation,” he said.
The event concluded with a call to action for youth volunteers to take forward the ideals of nationalism, service, and development, embodying the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ in their respective regions.
