He has been re-nominated by the Congress in the upcoming Thirteenth Legislative Assembly elections. And because it will be supported by the CPIM in the upcoming elections, the Left Front has not fielded a candidate in Town No. 8 Baradwali assembly constituency this time. The Left Front and Congress alliance is desperate to defeat Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. Ashish Saha went from house to house with the blessings of the people and claimed to be sure of victory. If BJP can win even one seat out of 60 seats in the upcoming assembly elections, it will be an undemocratic attitude and a political mistake. 7 Purushottam Roy Burman, the independent nominee of Ramnagar Assembly Constituency, went door to door campaigning in the area adjacent to Jayanagar Mahaveer Club.
