Minister Shuklacharan Noatia highlighted that the IPFT began its journey under the leadership of the late NC Debbarma. He noted that, like other political parties such as BJP, CPM, and Congress, the IPFT also faces challenges. Established in 2009, the party has been advocating for full statehood for the autonomous district. Over the past 16 years, the IPFT has conducted various programs in a democratic manner to support this demand. Noatia emphasized that the party will continue its efforts in the coming days. He acknowledged that the IPFT has faced difficulties at times but has managed to overcome them, with the leadership and supporters remaining committed to the party’s cause. The struggle to maintain its existence will persist in a democratic manner.
