Agartala: April 01: On the evening of Utkal Divas 2025, Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu graced the celebration organized by the Odia Samaj Tripura at Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan in Agartala. The event, which marks the foundation of Odisha as a separate province on April 1, 1936, was a vibrant display of Odia culture and heritage. Governor Nallu, in his address, highlighted the importance of Utkal Divas as a day to commemorate the formation of Odisha, a state that has made significant contributions to India’s cultural, educational, and political landscape.

The Governor emphasized the rich cultural legacy of Odisha, especially its art, music, dance, and literature, which have had a profound impact on the country. He praised the Odia Samaj Tripura for organizing such a meaningful event and bringing together people from the Odia community in the region to celebrate their roots and traditions.
