The day began with a vibrant rally procession of children, which started at 6 am from Anandabazar and culminated at the Sadhak Ratan Mani Seva Sadan School around noon, marking the start of the main program. The Hon’ble Governor of Tripura, Shri Indrasena Reddy Nallu, was the chief guest at the event, accompanied by the Hon’ble Minister Rampada Jamatia, Chairman of the ST Corporation, and various officials from the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

A special moment at the ceremony was when the jawans of the 13th TSR Battalion of Kanchunpur gave a state salute to the Hon’ble Governor, honoring the occasion.

Sadhak Ratan Mani Seva Sadan School, which serves over two hundred students, is known for its high-quality education and excellent hostel facilities. In a significant step to enhance the welfare of its students, the school authorities recently procured an ambulance for the students, ensuring better health and emergency services. The Hon’ble Governor launched the new ambulance during the event, symbolizing the continued commitment to student welfare and safety.

This event not only celebrated the century-long history of the Shishu Sangam program but also underscored the importance of education, child welfare, and community involvement in shaping a better future for the children of Tripura.
