Governor interacting with guests from Manipur and Meghalaya on their Statehood Day

Agartala: Jan 21: On the occasion of Statehood Day, the Governor of Tripura, Shri Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, extended a warm welcome to distinguished guests from the states of Manipur and Meghalaya at Raj Bhavan, Agartala, in the evening. The event marked a momentous celebration of the states’ entry into the Indian Union, recognizing their rich history, culture, and contributions to the nation.

Shri Nallu expressed heartfelt congratulations to the people of Tripura, Manipur, and Meghalaya for their unwavering spirit and progress since attaining statehood. In his address, he highlighted the pivotal roles these states have played in shaping the socio-economic fabric of Northeast India, emphasizing the importance of unity, peace, and development in the region. The Governor also underscored the significance of inter-state collaboration, noting that states like Tripura, Manipur, and Meghalaya, despite their distinct identities, share common aspirations for growth and prosperity.
