Government to Recruit 315 Personnel Across Six Departments

Agartala: Feb 24: The government has announced the decision to recruit 315 individuals for various positions across six departments through written examinations. This information was shared by Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury during a press conference held at the secretariat following today’s cabinet meeting.

Minister Chowdhury stated that the recruitment drive includes 104 foresters under the forest department, 140 auditors under the finance department, and 30 auditor investigators and statistical investigators (Group C) under the co-operative department. He emphasized that PRTC is mandatory for all these examinations.

Additionally, the cabinet has decided to recruit 34 supervisors under the social welfare and social education department. The recruitment plan also includes two upper division clerks and three direct Group D posts on the basis of promotion in the tourism department, as well as two biomedical engineers under the health department.
