Agartala: Mar 29: Former Left legislator of Barjala, Jhumu Sarkar, passed away prematurely while undergoing treatment at GB Hospital. His demise has prompted expressions of grief from several leaders, including Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha and Minister Sushanta Chowdhury.

 

Chief Minister Manik Saha conveyed his heartfelt condolences, describing his passing as deeply saddening and heartbreaking. He extended his sympathies to her family and prayed for the eternal peace of her soul during this difficult time.

 

Minister Sushanta Chowdhury also expressed sorrow over her untimely demise, emphasizing the profound loss felt by the community. He offered prayers for her soul’s peace and strength for his family to cope with their grief.
