Fatal Collision Claims Lives of Three Family Members in Udaipur

Agartala: Feb 06: A devastating accident occurred in the Rajnagar area of Udaipur on Tuesday morning, resulting in the loss of three lives. The collision involved a bike and a water tanker, leaving a family shattered.

According to the details of the incident, Dip Das , accompanied by his mother and grandmother was riding the bike from Pitra to Rajnagar after that the collision with the water tanker was head-on, and Mani Das, Dip Das’s wife, tragically lost her life on the spot. Mani Das’s body is currently at the Gomati District Hospital morgue, awaiting an autopsy.

The injured, Dip Das and Purnima Karmakar, were promptly referred to the Agartala GB Hospital for advanced medical care. Heartbreakingly, both Dip Das and Purnima Karmakar succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment at GB Hospital. Police have registered a case against the tanker driver and are diligently investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic collision.
