Efforts are underway to make education hub in Tripura state: Chief Minister

Agartala July 27: In the 70s, attempts were made to inculcate communist ideas in schools and colleges. At that time, an attempt was made to brainwash the students. People did not accept it. People have now come out of the ideology of communist destruction. The speaker was Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the country’s independence, Amrit Mohotsav was organized by the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Tripura State Committee.

The Amrit Mohotsava ceremony was held at the Rabindra Satabarshiki Bhawan in the capital. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha officially inaugurated the Amrit Mohotsav ceremony by lighting the lamp. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha while discussing this day’s program said that after 34 years, the Prime Minister has brought a new national education policy. The new education policy has already been implemented in various places. The youth will benefit from the new education policy. Smart classes have already been arranged in various schools. Under the Vidyajyoti scheme, provision has been made for advanced reading in schools. Arrangements have been made to provide stipends to students at various levels. Smart phones are being provided to the students studying in the college. Free bicycles are being provided to school girls.

Dental College and College of Nursing started from this year. Forensic Science University, Law University, and several other private universities are set to open in the state. Chief Minister said that efforts are underway to make education hub in Tripura state. India’s greatest asset is its youth. About 65 percent of the country’s population is youth. Chief Minister expressed his opinion that this is a matter of pride. Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad All India Vice President Sudipta Mukhopadhyay, Tripura University Registrar Deepak Sharma, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad State President Milan Rani Jamatia and others were also present on the occasion.
