Immediately Indrajit brought his wife to Ambassa Primary Hospital. The doctor on duty there referred the woman to Dhalai District Hospital after seeing the condition of the woman. Meanwhile, Amrita Roy, a fishmonger of Ambassa Bazar, got the news of the incident and went to the hospital and abused the doctors and nurses on duty. It is alleged that he even abused in unspeakable language. If the situation escalates, the police are informed. Then the police came and handled the situation.

Meanwhile, in view of Monday night’s incident, the doctors, nurses and health workers on duty at the hospital condemned the incident on Tuesday morning. And sat on dharna in front of the hospital demanding security. The doctor also said that nurses Sunita Rankhal and Romili Chakma were in charge at that time. Such incidents are happening every day at night. And there are more female health workers than male health workers in hospitals. So the doctors and health workers in the hospital are all suffering from insecurity. Therefore, the doctor said that today’s sit-in is to provide round-the-clock security in the hospital. And this incident has been brought to the notice of CMO. However, no one has filed a case against the whole incident on Monday night.
