Agartala: Members of the Communist Party of India (CPI) staged a protest today, opposing privatization and anti-people policies allegedly imposed by the government. Holding playcards with bold slogans, the protestors gathered in front of the CPI office to highlight their demands for safeguarding public interests and halting corporate-driven reforms.
Party leaders emphasized the adverse impact of these policies on the common man and urged the government to prioritize the welfare of the people. The protest aimed to raise awareness and mobilize public support against what the CPI termed “anti-people measures.”
