Agartala November 27: A protest march was organized by the Congress trade unions on Monday, alleging deprivation of unorganized workers. On this day in Agartala city, a public deputation was given to the Labor Commissioner on Monday to collect 6 point demands on behalf of All Tripura Unorganized Workers Congress.
Re-launch of unorganized workers assistance scheme of state government, special financial assistance during corona to all unorganized workers, immediate issuance of labor card registered with labor department to all construction workers, fixing fee for registration of construction workers at common service center, providing toolkit to all construction workers twice a year , All Tripura Unorganized Workers Congress today made a public deputation to the Labor Commissioner demanding helmets, belts and shoes for the protection of construction workers. This public deputation was given under the leadership of Shantanu Pal, chairman of the organization. Shantanu Pal, chairman of the organization, presented their demands while facing the journalists.
