Agartala, April 12: Congress party leader Priyanka Gandhi is scheduled to visit Tripura on April 16 as part of her election campaign. Arriving at Agartala airport around 2 pm, she will embark on a road show through the city, rallying in support of the Indy alliance candidates. The announcement was made by MLA Sudeep Roy Barman during a press conference at the Pradesh Congress Bhavan today.
In her address, Priyanka Gandhi emphasized the significance of the upcoming Lok Sabha election, characterizing it as a “religious war.” She urged citizens to actively participate and safeguard the country’s democracy. Calling upon all workers of the Indy alliance, she aims to make the election road show a resounding success.
Notably, Priyanka Gandhi faced logistical challenges in securing a car for the election rally. Consequently, the decision has been made to conduct an election road show led by the All India leader herself.
