Not every government employee is cheating in their work culture. But there are one or two who don’t really want to work. That is, they have no responsibility towards people. The main reason for this is that at one time those who were recruited all believed in certain ideologies.

Because of which their main purpose was to put people in danger without doing their work. Sudhanshu Das, Minister of Livestock Development Department of the state government, expressed such opinion while handing over government appointment letters to the job recipients at Pragya Bhavan in Agartala on Thursday. Besides expressing this opinion, he also said that it is not possible to move forward if the process continues like this day after day. For every fiscal year, the government creates some funds in various departments. The money allocated to the fund has to be spent every financial year. This is the government rule. The next year more money was given to various departments by the government to spend. But at the end of the year, it can be seen that the money allocated to the public sector for some government employees remains unspent without being fully spent. This problem is only due to the lack of accountability of those employees towards the common people and the government. Development of the state is not possible until the state has responsibility towards the people and towards the state.

Many times it is seen that even though many government employees are interested in working in government offices, active employees do not want to work because of those employees who skip work. Because it’s just one person will work and the other will sit. The whole process is a team work. When everyone works together, work speeds up. Everyone is equally important from the bottom floor to the top floor in government work. Because the whole process is a chain system. Since he got the ministry, he has been constantly trying to activate his offices to bring benefits to the people of the state. He is trying to work every day. He said the Livestock Development Department can play a key role in improving the economic system of the state. At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Horticulture can play a key role. During the Karuna Pandemic, it was seen that many countries could not properly serve their citizens. But this was not the case in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave free food to 80 crore people. Free vaccines are given. The neighboring country of Sri Lanka was almost destroyed. The situation in Pakistan was precarious. Bangladesh and Myanmar also became miserable. Although many countries could not withstand the corona epidemic, India is still in a strong position due to being a strong country. The country and the state must maintain this strong position.
