Chief Minister Saha assured that the safety of journalists will be a priority for the state government. He emphasized that no one involved in the attack will be spared, and the accused have already been arrested by the police. He highlighted that under the BJP government, those associated with such crimes will face consequences, unlike in the past.

He also reflected on the deep-rooted cultural history of the region, noting that 35 years of culture is ingrained in people’s DNA and cannot be erased in the current generation. However, he expressed hope that by addressing these cultural aspects in the next generation, a peaceful environment can be established in Tripura.
