Blood Donation Camp Held on Bhagat Singh’s 95th Death Anniversary

Agartala: Mar 16: A blood donation camp was organized by the DYFI Mohanpur division at the CPM office in Bamutia Kali Bazaar on the occasion of the 95th death anniversary of revolutionary Bhagat Singh. The event was inaugurated by former Chief Minister and CPM Politburo member Manik Sarkar.

During his inaugural address, Manik Sarkar commended the initiative, describing it as a noble act of service to humanity. He also expressed gratitude to the donors for their participation.

 

In his speech, Sarkar raised concerns about the current state of health and education in the region, urging the government to prioritize improvements in these sectors.

 

The camp witnessed active participation from young men and women, and the blood donation process was carried out successfully.
