Agartala, June 25: An awareness rally was organized on Sunday by the Tripura Police to build a drug-free state The reality starts from Umakant field and ends in Sepahijola district The state government has taken a pledge to make the state a drug free state The Chief Minister of the state has given a message to the people of the state in this regard The state government has called upon the people of all sections to come forward along with the administration as well as various clubs and voluntary organizations for the purpose of creating a drug free state. Police and security personnel are continuing efforts to implement this plan of the state government The youth of the state is getting destroyed under the influence of drugs The police laid special emphasis on raising public awareness in the emerging situation As part of this programme, an awareness rally was organized from Umakanta Maidan on Sunday morning The rally circumnavigates Sepahijala district IG M. Darlong of State Police officially started the rally by waving the green flag.
