Agartala: July 30: Agartala Airport has secured the tenth position in an all-India customer satisfaction survey conducted by an independent consultant across 61 airports. Known as the best airport in the Northeast, Agartala Airport achieved a CSI score of 4.76.
The survey, conducted twice a year, evaluates parameters such as cleanliness, ambience, and the courtesy of airline and security staff. The CSI score reflects traveler satisfaction. Despite various challenges, Agartala Airport continues to strive to provide the best facilities for passenger comfort.
