Agartala March 31: In a joint operation of Bishalgarh police station and Bathanganj police station, the police managed to arrest the notorious accused in two bike theft cases. The police arrested the notorious bike thief on Thursday night. On Friday morning, the police of Bishalgarh police station recovered another stolen bike from Bishalgarh Bypass. It is known that a group of thieves stole a bike from Bishalgarh New Market on March 16.

After investigation, with the help of Madhupur police station, thief Jamal Hossain was arrested with bike number TR 07D 6052 from Arvind Nagar area. The second accused Masum Ilyas was also arrested in the bike theft case. The police managed to recover the bike from Dashrambari in TR 01AC 6593. On March 21, the third accused, Rakesh Khan, was arrested from Raghunathpur area. Subsequently, the fourth accused was arrested by Bishalgarh Police Station on Thursday from Bathanganj. Notorious accused Bishalgarh Rautkhalar Sujit Modak alias Kedu. Police recovered a stolen bike bearing TR 01 L 9551 from Bishalgarh bypass road.
