Agartala: Nov 14: Illegal entry into India is now a cause for concern. Four Bangladeshi nationals were arrested by the mob while entering India illegally again. Local people handed them over to BSF. Later, the BSF handed over the arrested to Madhupur Police Station.

It is reported that the local people of Konaban area of Kamalasagar assembly constituency arrested four suspected persons at around 2.30 am yesterday. When they were detained and interrogated, they admitted to illegally entering Tripura. Locals immediately handed them over to BSF. Later, the BSF handed over the arrested to Madhupur Police Station.

 

A police official said that all of their homes are in Chandpur district of Bangladesh. They entered Tripura illegally in search of work. The arrested are Sharif Hossain, Jasimuddin, Habibur Hossain and Maqbul Hossain.
