Agartala, October 14: In the future, the social welfare activities of the State Engineers Association of Tripura will have more scope and expansion. Transport Minister Sushant Chowdhury expressed his hope by participating in the great service clothing donation program organized by the State Engineers Association of Tripura (SEAT) today on the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya.

Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury distributed water and sweets in the hands of 300 distressed women and wished them Mahalaya and the upcoming Durga Puja.

Sushanta Chowdhury said that the State Engineers Association of Tripura has taken this great initiative today so that everyone can participate in the joy of the puja, especially the poor and needy people can enjoy the puja in a beautiful way.

Moreover, citing this great social service initiative of SEAT as a positive and great initiative dedicated to the service of humanity, he urged others to come forward with such initiatives to help the poor and elderly.

He said that all the honorable members of SEAT are spending part of their hard-earned money for the welfare of the neglected people of the society, which is a very commendable initiative.
