7.5 kg gold ornaments recovered: arrested 2

Agartala, September 21: During the checking of Agartala railway station, GRP recovered around 7.5 kg of self-identifying drug. Two people have been arrested. The market value of recovered gold will be approximately four and a half crore rupees. Later they were handed over to customs.

It is reported that the arrested are residents of Silchar and Gujarat. They are in the business of selling gold to jewelers in different states. Accordingly gold came for sale in various jewelery shops in Agartala. Today they were supposed to leave for the cave with these golds from Agartala railway station.
