Agartala, August 7: The state will turn around one day in agriculture. Agriculture Minister Ratan Lal Nath said this in a tone of conviction while visiting Mirza Agriculture Sector Office of Kakraban Vidhan Sabha area today.

On this day, he said, today I have witnessed how the plants are planted in the land with the help of machines by applying science in agriculture. According to him, the machine was given to a farmer named Riton Das of South Mirza of Kakraban Assembly Constituency at a subsidized price by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Besides, on this day, farmers also observed how science can be used to diagnose plant diseases.
