According to official sources, the discussions focused on reviewing the Revised Estimates for 2025–26 and examining the proposed Budget Estimates for 2026–27. Detailed deliberations were held on projected income and expenditure, sector-wise allocations and departmental priorities to ensure balanced fiscal planning.

The Finance Minister held meetings with Public Works Department Secretary Kiran Gitte, who also oversees Health and Family Welfare, Industries and Commerce, and Good Governance, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Tripura Institution for Transformation. Senior officials from the concerned departments were present during the discussions.

Separate consultations were conducted with Industries and Commerce Minister Santana Chakma to review proposed allocations for the upcoming fiscal year. Minister of State for General Administration (Printing and Stationery) and Science, Technology and Environment Animesh Debbarma also met the Finance Minister to deliberate on projected income and expenditure planning.

In addition, Tribal Welfare and Minority Welfare Minister Sukla Charan Noatia discussed departmental priorities and development initiatives for 2026–27. Further meetings were held with Higher Education, Panchayat and General Administration (Political) Minister Kishor Barman; Youth Affairs and Sports, Social Affairs and Social Education and Labour Minister Tinku Roy; Tribal Welfare, Handloom, Handicrafts and Sericulture and Statistics Minister Bikash Debbarma; and Transport, Tourism, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Sushanta Chowdhury.
