The breakthrough came following a robbery in Ramnagar, where a gang of thieves targeted the house of Yogesh Majumdar, a resident of Ramnagar 1. The thieves made off with gold jewelry, valuable items, and cash. After the incident, the homeowner reviewed the CCTV footage and identified the c

ulprits. He then filed a formal complaint, prompting the police to launch an investigation.

As a result of a series of raids, two suspects were first detained from the Joynagar area. After intense questioning, three more individuals were arrested. Police have recovered cash and gold ornaments from the suspects.
