Government Announces Temporary Closure of Educational Institutions Due to Heavy Rainfall

Agartala: August 21: In response to the ongoing situation and heavy rainfall, the government has declared a two-day closure of all schools on the 21st and 22nd of August. Additionally, all colleges will remain closed on the 21st of August. This decision aims to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and staff.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha announced the closures on social media, urging everyone to stay safe and adhere to the instructions provided.
