Agartala: August 09: The Chief Minister of Tripura, Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha, has called on the people of the state to actively participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ (Every House a Flag) campaign. The campaign will be observed from August 13 to 15, with the state government urging every household to hoist the national flag.

Minister Sushant Chowdhury also supported the Chief Minister’s call, emphasizing the campaign’s role in fostering patriotism and nationalism among the people.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister highlighted that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2022, aims to instill a sense of patriotism and nationalism among citizens. The state government has been organizing various programs to celebrate this occasion annually.

The Chief Minister urged all sections of society to participate wholeheartedly in this endeavor and make it a grand success. Minister Sushant Chowdhury also appealed to the people to hoist the national flag at their homes and institutions during this period.

To mark the beginning of the campaign, a rally was organized today from the West Tripura District Office, covering various parts of the district. The District Magistrate of West Tripura, Dr. Vishal Kumar, stated that this initiative honors the national flag and aims to make the campaign a success. He also appealed to the people of the state to participate in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.

In summary, Tripura is gearing up to celebrate the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign from August 13 to 15, with the government urging all citizens to hoist the national flag at their homes and participate in various related activities.
