Agartala: June 05: In a concerning incident, a disabled man visiting IGM Hospital faced alleged harassment at the ticket counter while attempting to see a doctor. According to his family members, despite patiently waiting in line, the staff on duty denied to give them a ticket. This unfortunate situation caused tension within the hospital premises.

The disabled man’s wife, who accompanied him from Badharghat, reported that they encountered difficulties while trying to obtain a ticket. Despite their persistence, they were unable to secure a ticket to see the doctor. The ticket counter staff directed them from one place to another, exacerbating their frustration. Ultimately, the staff refused to issue a ticket, leaving the couple without access to medical care.
