Meanwhile, MLA Sudip Roy Barman got involved in a verbal altercation while leaving the assembly hall after the dismissal. Opposition leader Animesh Debbarma demanded that the suspension of 5 MLAs be revoked. But the principal did not want to accept it. Due to which the opposition legislators left the assembly hall. In the end, MLA Gopal Chandra Roy demanded that the dismissal be revoked. With the consent of the Chief Minister, Principal Bishwabandhu Sen announced after 2 pm that the decision to suspend all MLAs would be withdrawn.
