Youth decomposed dead body recovered

Agartala: Nov 28: A decomposed dead body of a youth was recovered from the tenant’s house. The dead body was recovered from Ashis Chowdhury’s rented house in Jayanagar Road No. 5 area. Local people came to know about the incident and informed the police. But so far the cause of death has not been found. The police recovered the body and sent it to the hospital for autopsy.

The owner of the house, Ashis Chowdhury, said that on October 11, Namita Dasgupta and her son Tirthankar Dasgupta came to rent his house. But this morning, the owner of the house and the local people informed the police because of the bad smell coming out of the house. Receiving the information the police came along with the forensic team and recovered the decomposed dead body of Tirthankar Dasgupta.

But mother Namita Dagupta was vanished from the spot. The police have taken up the case of unnatural death and started investigation.
