A Muslim girl from Teliyamura sub-division of Khowai district. The house of the girl named Zarina Begum (22) is in Teliamura Jarilongpara village. Her father Kayem Mia is a common farmer. It is known that the girl left her family on May 2, 2023 and moved to a new life. On this day, Khoai completed the affidavit by submitting an affidavit to the court to leave his Islam and convert to Hinduism. A six-year long love life was sealed with the court’s permission in hand. It is known that Niranjan Debnath’s son Ranjit Debnath (22) of North Chebri village under Khoai thana got married. In the meantime, the matter came to the notice of the members of the local Vishwa Hindu Parishad. With their help, a formal marriage ceremony was conducted according to Hindu scriptures at Tripureshwari Radha Giridhari Shiva Temple in Kalyanpur Ghilatlishit on Friday. Zarina changed her name to Sonali Debnath after changing her religion. Meanwhile, a Muslim girl left her religion and got married to a Hindu boy, creating a stir among the followers of Islam in Jarilongpara area. The issue has already gone viral on social media. Sonali Debnath, the bride, accompanied by her husband Ranjit Debnath, told reporters after the wedding ceremony after changing garlands to satpa according to Hindu scriptures in the temple.
There is a trend of triple talaq and polygamy in Islam. Which is completely incompatible in the current times, which Zarina Begum, a 22-year-old Muslim resident of Jarilongpara, could not accept. And to get rid of those two customs of Islam, he ran away from home and married a Hindu lover. According to Hindu customs, she is tied to her lover Ranjith. The girl developed a love relationship with Ranjit Debnath, a resident of the village. The family did not accept it after learning about it. Kwai District Chairman of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Kanai Sheel, Organization Minister Mahendra Pal, Secretary Vijay Gop, Bajrang Dal Branch Secretary Satyajit Roy and others were present at the wedding ceremony. The crowd of eager people in the temple premises was noticeable for the new couple’s marriage. At the end, the ceremony ends with a midday meal.
