“The Northeast is the land of eight goddesses. Previously, Union Ministers rarely visited this region. However, under the Prime Minister’s directive, a Union Minister now visits the Northeast every 15 days. The Prime Minister himself has visited the Northeast 60 times,” Bharali stated.

In addition to her visit to the Weavers Service Center, Bharali held a review meeting with officials from the state’s Handloom and Silk Department. She also visited the Union Ministry of Textiles’ office and the state’s handloom and handicraft stall in Purbasha. Following her three-day visit, she returned to Delhi today.
