Agartala: Dec 26: Unemployed pharmacists again deputed to the director of the health department to demand the appointment of pharmacists. The decision taken by the State Cabinet on 8 December 2021 was announced in a press conference to appoint 46 Ayurvedic and Homeopathic pharmacists. They complaint there is no appointment.After this complaint, health department was given deputation several times but no notification came out, just got the assurance. Even after a year of the Cabinet announcement, still no notification has been issued for the recruitment of Ayurvedic and Homeopathic Pharmacists. In this situation, unemployed pharmacists again came in front of the health department office on Monday.They met the director. There are a lot of unemployed pharmacists in the state. In this situation, the unemployed pharmacists demanded to be appointed with a quick interview. Now let’s see if the department takes any initiative to appoint them at all in these few days before the assembly elections.
