Agartala March 10: TSR jawan died in mysterious shooting. The incident took place on Friday afternoon at Town Girls High School in Bishalgarh. The name of the deceased TSR jawan is Babul Debnath. The police have started an investigation. From the time of the 2023 Tripura Assembly elections, soldiers of the 1st Battalion of TSR have been temporarily camping at Town Girls High School in Bishalgarh Subdivision. A mysterious incident happened on Friday afternoon. The Jowans heard a loud noise.

Rushed and saw that rifleman Babul Debnath was shot and lying on the ground. Shot in the head. His rifle is also lying next to him. Habildar Manik Chandra Das said he rushed to the spot and was shocked. He immediately brought the matter to the attention of the higher authorities. Colleagues could not tell what was hidden behind it. The deceased jawan’s house is in Melaghar. Vishalgarh police station has started investigating the matter. Surprisingly, he was not on duty. And he had no duty today. But then how did that rifle start to get some kind of buzz? How this incident happened will come out only after the investigation.
