Agartala, October 3: Tripura Private Transport Mazdoor Mahasangha has organized a street protest to demand 11 points. On this day, the procession starts from Rabindra Bhavan and circumambulates the various routes of the city. Later they met on deputation to the Transport Commissioner.
The demands of the organization are to set up a labor welfare board for the benefit of the workers, to provide pension and PF benefits for the future of the workers. Also electronic autos should be brought under permit.
