He said in a press conference at Agartala Press Club on Tuesday that the Tripura Human Rights Organization has decided to record the information of the victims of terrorism and bring it to the attention of the Supreme Court and the High Court. Tripura Human Rights Organization decided to fight for democracy and human rights in the court and legally decided to side with people against terrorism. Apart from this, pressure will be created to fulfill the duties after the new government takes oath on Wednesday, he said. In the organized press conference, Purushottam Roy Barman also said that people do not have to surrender to evil forces.

Tripura Human Rights Organization is on the side of people. The intention of the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary of the state will be said to take strict action in this very alarming situation. And if those who are committing these incidents are not from the ruling party, then why is the Chief Minister not taking measures to send them to jail, asked senior lawyer Mr. Barman. He further said that widespread terrorism is going on in large areas including South Ramnagar, Jaipur, Rajnagar, Rampur, Kalikapur of 7 Ramnagar assembly constituencies. So far, more than a hundred independent workers have been displaced from their homes. Arson and widespread vandalism are being done by the activists by entering the houses. In this regard, the winning candidate of the area, Surjit Dutta, has been informed by writing a letter. But the winning candidate faced severe criticism as he has not taken any initiative so far.
