Agartala: The High Court on Thursday got two new judges as Sabyasachi Datta Purakaystha and Biswajit Palit were sworn in as judge and additional judge of the Court. The Swearing in ceremony was organized at the Court number 01 of Tripura High Court. Government advocates, senior lawyers and officials associated with Tripura’s judicial administration attended the event. Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh administered the oath office and secrecy to the new judges. With these appointments, the total strength of Tripura High Court judges increased to five. Apart from Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh, Justice T Amarnath Goud and Justice Arindam Lodh were also present at the swearing in ceremony.
