After inaugurating the day, Union State Minister Pratima Bhowmik said, ‘I am proud to be present at the launch of this special train. Calcutta can be called another city for us Tripura residents, Calcutta is a feeling name to go for any work or visit every time. He also said, ‘Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been working for the development of the North-East region ever since he took charge as the Prime Minister on May 16, 2014. He completed 9 years yesterday Our state got this much desired train as a gift I am very thankful to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw for launching this train with state-of-the-art facilities.
