The villagers of Premtala area have not been getting water for 15 days. As a result, the villagers of Premtala area have been forced to block the main road of Dasda Kanchanpur.

Local villagers in Premtala area under Kanchanpur subdivision of Uttar district have not been getting clean drinking water for 15 days. Initially, the pump operator Jagadish Nath had trouble giving water as the electricity system was off. Operator Jagadish Nath said that when the power system was restored, the pump machine was damaged.

Meanwhile, the villagers of Premtala area belonging to Dainchara Gao Sabha are facing water shortage. In this situation, according to the complaint of the local people, it is known that due to the negligence of the DWS office, the villagers have to face the problem of not getting water. On the morning of Friday 23rd June, the villagers blocked the road in Premtala area of ​​Danichhara village on the main road of Dasda Kanchanpur to solve the water crisis. A woman among the protesters said the blockade will continue until they are provided with clean drinking water. Such negligence of the department is not only caught in Premtala area, such problems occur in various places of Kanchanpur sub-division. Even though the villagers made several telephone calls to complain, the villagers did not get any response from the DWS office.
