Agartala: Mar 02: Victory is possible for the executives. Chief Minister and BJP candidate Dr. Manik Saha said this while thanking everyone after winning the 8-town Baradwali constituency in the Tripura assembly elections. He defeated his nearest rival Congress candidate Ashish Kumar Saha by a margin of 1257 votes.

On this day, he said, I am very happy with today’s victory. Special thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for that. He also thanked all the functionaries, BJP All India President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Ministers of Assam and Manipur and all the leadership who supported the campaign. He claimed that this victory was possible because of the BJP officials. All the credit goes to them for re-establishing BJP government in Tripura, he said in no uncertain terms. After winning on this day, the election officer handed over the certificate to Dr. Manik Saha.
