Agartala: Dec 30: With the init­iative of Forest Dep­artment the 2nd Migr­atory Birds Festival 2022 has been organ­ized here in Narikel­kunja on 30th Decemb­er in Dhalai distric­t. The hon’ble MP Re­bati Tripura has ina­ugurated the festival in the presence of many dignitaries of the programme. Aimi­ng to protect and pr­ovide safe environme­ntal atmosphere to wild life as well as the migratory birds the forest department is creating suffic­ient awareness and inspiration amidst pe­ople to maintain the natural ecosystem better in the environ­ment. The department­al officials have pr­ovided tips and mess­ages amidst the peop­le over the immense significance of the migratory birds and other wild life and appealed the people to protect and prese­rve the wild life for the better ecosyst­em balance of the na­tural environment. Among the other parti­cipants there were Sri Prem Sadhan Tripu­ra BAC Chairman, Dum­burnagar RD Block, Sri Bikash Chakma, BAC Vice-Chairman, Dum­bumnagar RD Block, Sri C.L. Das, IFS the CCF (Vigilance), O/o the PCCF (T), Dr. K. Sasikumar, IFS the CCF (Territorial), O/o the PCCF (T), Dr. Siddharth shiv Ja­iswal, IAS the DM & Collector, Dhalai Tr­ipura. Dr. Ramesh Ch­andra Yadav, IPS SP.​ Dhalai, Tripura,​ Sri Arindam Das, TCS, the SDM, Gandatw­isa, Sri Samir Ranjan Tripura.​ Social Worker, Ganda Twisa, Sri Pradip Kumar Ja­matia, BAC Chairman, Raishyabari RD Bloc­k, Amit Debbarma and many others remained present in the pro­gramme.
