The mercury has started rising even before Pahela Baisakh. But the first day of Baisakh and the day after it were similar to Monday’s record heat. From this morning, the sky was slightly cloudy, but as the day progressed, people began to feel cold in the heat and sun. Intense heat flow begins to sit. The worst affected are the working class people. At the moment, the temperature is touching 38 degrees Celsius. However, there is a possibility of 40 degree mercury for the next two days. And many people are getting sick due to rising temperature mercury. Children and the elderly are feeling uncomfortable on the streets and in their homes. Everyone from doctors to nutritionists advises to eat yogurt to keep the body cool in intense heat. Many people have stopped exercising due to heat exhaustion. But according to doctors, body aches and pains were somehow prevented by regular practice. But it can come back again in this lax attitude. Body weight may also increase.
