Agartala: Nov 28: Agartala, November 28: The state government has set a target to complete the Indian Oil Corporation Limited project by 2025. This was said by Food Minister Sushanta Chowdhury at the end of the conference hall meeting of Food and Consumer Bhavan located in Gorkha today.
In today’s meeting, various important issues related to this project have been presented before the officials of various departments of the state administration and Indian Oil Corporation.
On this day Sushanta Chowdhury said that the work of that project started in the year 2022. The construction of the project is going on in about 85 acres of land at Sekerkot. About 500 crore rupees will be spent on that project. Petrol, diesel and kerosene will be stored there. So far 30 percent of the work has been completed. There are problems in some areas, the project work will be completed by solving those problems as soon as possible. He said that the government has set a target to complete the work by 2025.
Today’s meeting was attended by Indian Oil Corporation Chief General Manager (Operations) Nitin Bhatnagar, Deputy General Manager (Operations) Deepak Kumar Pathak, Chief Architect Rajeev Debbarma, Director of Food, Public Procurement and Consumer Affairs Department Nirmal Adhikari and other officials.
